Statute of Limitations:

Users acknowledge and agree that failure to file a claim within the specified period shall result in a waiver of such claim, and Shaandaar Events Wedding Planner LLP shall not be liable for any claims not filed within the stipulated timeframe. This provision is a material condition of using Shaandaar Events Wedding Planner LLP Services, and Users expressly agree to adhere to this limitation.
